With 34+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, John has grown both regional and national platforms in excess of $16 billion in yearly production. He has extensive experience in building and managing all channels of mortgage production and operations including retail, wholesale, joint venture, credit union, consumer direct, and recruiting.

John has a strong drive to elevate the mortgage industry standards, and has created programs to improve education and training, and coaching programs for LO’s to learn accountability, sales technique and time management. “Accountability is all about numbers, from the number of business cards to pass out each day to the number of social media counts you have and more. We help build habits that will stay with the loan officer the rest of their career and are proud to have seen an increase of over 40% in production.”

John is a passionate leader with an exceptional work ethic and commitment towards organizational goals. Devoted to his family and community, for years now John has been a volunteer youth baseball coach, and a volunteer with the Rescue Mission for more than a decade.
